I wrote this recently:
"Ukraine" is a fake nation anyways, more and more of it belongs to Russia, and the rest of it is just a creation of American media corporations, funded by trillions from US taxpayers, and supported by mercenaries and the military industrial complex. They have no coherent identity of their own, and no group unity or cohesion, which is why they are entirely reliant on a foreign nation. The war in Ukraine is just a repeat of the war in Afghanistan, or the war in Vietnam, and once America realizes victory is not viable, and withdraws funding and support, "Ukraine" will melt away before Russia like the democratic forces in Afghanistan did before the Taliban, or our allies in Vietnam before the Vietcong.
Zelensky's ridiculous outfit / athleisure look is a good example of what today's cultural imperialism looks like. Back in the 1950s, it was the man in the grey flannel suit-- American elites had to look formal and dignified, to suit their role as leaders of a giant empire. As that empire has collapsed, and American elites have abandoned all restraints and responsibilities, they now dress and groom themselves appropriately. It's specifically an 'I don't have to please anyone' toxic individualist, competitive, and anti-social way of dressing.
ReplyDeleteNot that dressing formally will save the guy in the olive track suit, but it would at least give him a shred of dignity.
DeleteThe other disgraceful example of slavery was seeing the Europeans trip over themselves to support Zelensky. This pathetic submission was then branded as 'Europe going its own way', when in reality it was Europe going out of its way to kiss the American boot. They made it extra clear: we have no will and are submissive lackeys.
ReplyDeleteNATO / EU / the West is really just the new Warsaw Pact, equally useless and obsolete, no matter what kind of 'based Western superiority' or 'civilized humanitarian' nonsense branding its fanboys try to attach to it. It's a literal fossil that's only managed to survive an extra decade due to money-printing, but even that ability has been exhausted: now it's time to confine it to a museum, where it belongs.
ReplyDeleteIt was a credible entity during the 1950s / Midcentury Era, with the Marshall Plan and the Pax Americana and all that, but like I said all of those things are over and therefore there is no economic or political benefit to being a good vassal state. Today's America is not the one that managed to win WW2, put a man on the moon, and so on-- it's a failing country afflicted with senile / suicidal leaders, a parasitic bloated elite class, rampant corruption, moral decline, and so on. It's no longer in a position to lead anyone anywhere, unless they also happen to be suicidal.
If Western Euros want some kind of real future to aspire to, especially economically, they will have to break free from American hegemony, revive some form of nationalism, and make peace with Iran, Russia, the Houthis, China, BRICS, and everyone outside of 'the West' etc etc etc. They will also have to ditch the dead weight 'alliances' like Israel, Ukraine, Taiwan, and the other shithole mad-at-Russia 'countries' in Eastern Europe.
I wonder if, contrary to all the fake scenarios about Russia invading Western Europe (or vice versa), there won't be a civil war / internal disintegration / civil unrest angle to the collapse of NATO. That seems much more likely than an external war-- woke globalist French vs anti-woke nationalist French, same thing in Britain, Spain, Italy, and so on.
ReplyDeleteNone of these Western countries have the internal cohesion to fight a real war, and most of their infrastructure and industrial capacity was off-shored decades ago. Even if they wanted a war, it would just explode in their faces-- and I think they know this too, regardless of the slop they churn out on social media.
Especially given how much energy the European leaders are using to suppress popular opinion, block / cancel electoral results (in the name of democracy and human rights-- go figure). Usually those tactics only make the backlash worse, when it inevitably breaks out.
Endless immigrants + tariffs on Russian energy = unstoppable combo, when it comes to melting down whatever was left of your economy, and probably an unstoppable combo for future civil unrest.
Things could get very very interesting...
