Intro post: diets and veganism

I'm planning on returning to the highly controversial topic of diets. This brief intro post is just to start things off and say a few things that have been on my mind, mainly about the nature of veganism.

Whenever you mention the subject, it usually devolves into some kind of furious seething online debate, because the vegans bring an insane level of hostility (it's also like this with drug legalization, which I'm going to cover in future posts, and the two cults seem to overlap). I'm going to try to refrain from posting any schizo slop, though, and just try and look at things in a more neutral way.

I also want to make it clear that I'm posting and writing for the normies, bystanders, lurkers, and others who are neutral on this subject-- there's no actual point in trying to get through to vegans, and (even if I'm crazy in other ways) I'm not delusional enough to think that "arguments" and "reasons" etc will make them change their minds.

You can try to help people that are mentally ill, but often times the best you can do is simply give them a cautious warning-- which they'll just dismiss, maybe even snicker at you for good measure, while doubling down on their insane bullshit-- and it's only after they've suffered the natural and foreseeable consequences, that you can offer them advice.

Like libertarian economics, veganism seems to be of those things that fails just about every single time it is attempted. However according to them it's not veganism that's the problem, but rather it's reality that is wrong (for not proving them to be correct).

Having known a handful of vegans IRL, and observed many more on the Internet, the way it always seems to go is something like this:

-First, they see benefits early on, which they attribute to the plants and vegetables, but are likely the result of abandoning the ultra-processed slop that's in most foods these days.

-Then they reach a point of stagnation or diminishing returns, as the nutritional deficits start to accumulate and they start to receive more and more negative signals from their bodies. They may not be aware of it, but basically what they're attempting is a kind of prolonged starvation / fasting, it's a form of torture.

-Finally, they go into free-fall and just start getting worse and worse in every respect, at which point they either make the sensible decision to return to eating meat and dairy and animal products, or they suffer some kind of mental or physical breakdown.

How long the middle stage lasts seems to come down to how skilled they are at managing, rationalizing, and compartmentalizing the barrage of negative symptoms their body is sending them as a punishment / warning for pushing it in an anti-natural direction.

Instead of implementing a change, they spend the entire time hyper-focusing and micro-managing and suppressing all the negative symptoms and problems associated with their diet-- but since nothing has been actually solved, the "cured" symptoms come back even harder, or new ones appear, and it becomes a futile game, an endless treadmill of non-solutions, until they hit their breaking point.

The underlying reason for this-- setting aside the sheer arrogance and stupidity of persisting with methods that DO NOT WORK-- is simply because we are not meant to get our nutrition from plants: all vegan diets are doomed in the long run.

Things like vitamin B12, vitamin A / retinol (carrots only have a precursor to it), creatine, heme iron, Omega-3s, and others are just not available from plants, while being crucial for human health.

But even the vitamins and minerals that *are* available from plants are harder for our bodies to absorb, since they are not as bio-available compared to animal products, which means you may wind up deficient even if you're meeting your needs "on paper".

Plants also contain anti-nutrients, which prevent you from absorbing nutrients and minerals. There are ways to get around this of course, but there are no such anti-nutrients in meat or animal products.

These glaring limitations make their diet impossible and unsustainable, and so long-term vegans are forced to become what I'd call hardcore / extreme supplementarians, which means they keep themselves going by taking a trillion pills and supplements a day-- it's essentially the Big Pharma diet, and the plants are there as a decoration.

This reverses the natural process of eating: instead of consuming a nutrient-dense food, and then letting the body's digestive system extract what it needs (with minimal artificial intervention), you eat food that is nutritionally empty or anti-nutritious, and then proceed to supplement every single thing missing on a case-by-case, individual, basis.

The problem with this is that nothing is as simple as a 1-to-1 substitute in a complex system like the human body, which means the work needed to sustain this in the long run is incredibly difficult-- you may not be consuming the right amount compared to what you would find in nature (either too much or too little, both can be harmful), some vitamins are fat-soluble and will not be absorbed otherwise, you need to adjust for bio-availability (which in many cases means taking pills made from animal products, defeating the entire point), and finally it's questionable whether certain pills and supplements are legitimate and effective, depending on what it is you need-- and so most vegans just wind up deficient and unhealthy.

Veganism is ultimately the quintessential techno-slop diet, where a simple effective process is replaced with an insanely complex ineffective one, for no reason and for no benefit.

Future posts will look at the origins of veganism / vegetarianism (the rise of agriculture and its effects on human health, not controversial but still worth writing about). I'll also provide go into details on the various nutritional problems, with studies and data, as well as look into changes in the American diet over time.

  1. I was going to do a standalone post on Iran, but then ultimately backed down because I don't want to get into the topic too much, so I'm going to write it here instead.

My thoughts can be summarized as: two things can be true at the same time.

I don't think the social media types are capable of realizing this, either because they are too low IQ (many cases) or simply because the nature of the medium is so hostile and adversarial and short-term that they can't try and figure out the truth like normal people do, by looking at the various pieces and sorting them accordingly, rather than digesting the entire thing without asking any questions.

    Namely:

    (1) Younger generations, students and college-educated credentialed types, women, and Iranians in general have real grievances with the regime in charge and want social / economic / other reforms implemented.

The anti-interventionist left tries to spin the protests as being a Zionist plot for regime-change, which I don't think is true.

Setting aside what exactly these grievances are, since I'm not familiar enough with the place, the regime in Iran is simply very old at this point, repressive, and it's hard to imagine this kind of Victorian-style system of government lasting well into the 21st century.

    (2) They are not desperate to become an American puppet, and have their entire society wiped out while getting looted by global corporations. This is the totally delusional cope being pushed by everyone in the West amplifying the protests, they're all neocon / neolib morons (whether the original toxic AIDS version like Lindsey Graham, which nobody can agree with openly, or the watered-down / diluted cosplay types for Millennials & Zoomers who don't want to look painfully gay and lame).

Both sides are senile at this point: Iran is run by an 80 yr old geriatric, but the Westerners who are trying to coup him are also the same age and just as senile themselves, so they can't come up with anything new except for a return to a government from the literal 1950s, which is even older and more obsolete than the current regime-- retarded.

That's what happens when you inhabit a closed-off echo-chamber for your entire existence, and on top of that are too hostile and anti-social to take criticism...

  2. The entire concept of a repressive right-wing theocracy in an era in which everyone can access TikTok and Instagram, where Western / American memes, movies, entertainment, music, etc are basically everywhere, and the culture is increasingly super-globalized and homogeneous also seems impossible and ultimately futile, incompatible with the nature of the 21st century, whether you like it or not.

I doubt it will last in the long run.

You can look Russia, China, Lebanon, Turkey, etc, as examples of what Iran's future government could look like--- obviously not as degenerate, nihilistic, and anti-traditional as Western governments, but at the same time not holding onto or imposing some kind of trad RETVRN, more like striking a moderate balance between the past and the present.

  3. I think I speak for many (possibly all) younger Americans when I say-- FINALLY. It's nice to see MAGA march triumphantly from one victory to another.

All these goddamn evil foreigners in Iran, CHYNA, and Europe were so busy taking advantage of the blue-haired Dumbocrats, they forgot what real strength looks like, but now America is finally back.

I've said it before, now I'll say it again, this time for real-- you can fuck around, but 2026 is the year of finding out: and this warning goes for all of America's enemies.

We'll mercifully extend you a few minutes to surrender while JD finishes doing his make-up... but once he's done putting on his eyeliner, ya'll better get ready for the Earth to shake...

Here in the US, we will not rest until sodomy, gay marriage, and trannies have been brought to every corner of the Earth-- and if we have to do it by force, then that's the way it is.

Libruls change their genders for the fifth time and impotently shake their weak emaciated soy fists-- meanwhile based and redpilled proud MAGA homosexuals, heritage Americans (like Vivek), and trillion dollar deranged computers do the RIGHT THING for the American people!

    Hehehehe... nothing like librul tears.

If you don't like this, you're not an American.

  4. Being serious, I don't find the entire Greenland subject to be worth discussing-- it's so fake and gay, no American wants or cares about Greenland, let alone acquiring it to protect America from RUSHA and CHYNA, two nations that do not threaten us whatsoever and are not looking to go to war with us (we are the ones antagonizing them).

As usual, Trump takes a promise from his original campaign-- getting out of Europe, since NATO is obsolete-- and twists it into starting fake & gay wars with the Europeans, shitting on NATO, etc for no reason.

His fanboys are dumb enough to cheer for that, but most normal people aren't-- anyone selling this slop as 'based' is either a 90 IQ GOP online warfare department employee or a neocon relieved to see the Trump admin isn't doing anything scawy and unusual (just the usual routine of risking WW3 against major foreign nations). Everyone else is just embarrassed or bored by the whole thing.

At the very least it might wake up the European vassals as to the fact that they're dealing with a maniac and who knows, and maybe they'll start realizing they need to redraw (or withdraw from) all these major treaties, rearm themselves, and pursue sensible deals with Russia and China and Iran instead of continuing an abusive relationship with a psychotic power-tripping / gaslighting moron.

But you can never underestimate just how cucked, cowardly, and flinching Euros are, and especially Western Europeans-- this is something I've internalized-- so a lot of them will just sit there and put up with the abuse, and keep their little EU thing going, even as their economies collapse due to the sanctions against Russia.

  5. What's even worse, much much worse, are the upcoming airstrikes against Iran. Somehow the only criticism I've heard is: why isn't Trump starting WW3 yet?????

After all, it's pretty clear that what Iranians secretly want, deep in their hearts, what they really crave, however much they may deny it-- is to be blown up by American / Israeli missiles, in the name of freedom and democracy and gayness: that is why they are protesting.

Fortunately we have people who are going to deliver that, as shown by the carrier group moving into position, Russian embassy in Israel being evacuated, etc.

It's just what the American people were asking for too: another disastrous super-expensive foreign war, but this time against one of the strongest if not the strongest countries in the region, with loads of ballistic missiles and drones, not just goat herders like in Afghanistan (where we lost) or anarchic fragmented tribal militias like in Iraq (where we also lost).

  6. Then whenever these things happen, the usual Millennial neocon morons on Twitter / Reddit / social media just jerk themselves off endlessly while shouting about TOTAL AMERICAN DOMINANCE BRO, FAFO, EAT SHIT MOOSLIMS, bla bla bla...

Real tough words, coming from internet warriors who are so alienated by their own society that they won't even leave their rooms.

Maybe if instead of continuously and endlessly masturbating to ultimate-warrior / Crusader slop, they actually asked why they have been condemned to live the most dehumanizing lives imaginable (2nd class citizens, within their own countries) they might wind up with some dignity at this point-- especially if they were to go after those responsible (who are not Muslims or browns or the low IQ, those are just the symptoms) whether Mangione-style or by leading a political movement or whatever.

But most of them are too dead inside, their entire lives revolve around avoiding reality basically, and so they will find some way to rationalize giving up as 'the most based thing to do brooo'... pathetic.

  7. Really however what you're watching is the entire American nation, or its Israeli / Ukranian / whoever proxies, just commit long-term suicide against a stronger opponent. It's committing even harder to a disastrous losing war, and just so that a handful of NEETs on Twitter can get their dopamine spiked-- that's it.

There is no long term benefit to this stuff, since it has never worked, it's just destroying your economy and wasting trillions (plus the dead on both sides) in order to lose a war anyways.

  8. Also I'd like to say to remember not to give in to the gaslighting and victim-blaming that will now take place since Trump / MAGA have totally lost it, and are hellbent on humiliating their own people and betraying them and selling them out as much as possible.

They are going to start telling you something like, 'If you'd been reasonable and voted for Kamala...' or 'You had a choice, but you had to go for the Orange Man' or 'How does it FEEL NOW, huh?? I'm guessing SOMEBODY is feeling sorry' or whatever other whiny / furious, punishing, power-tripping bullshit they need to excuse their own absolutely bone-headed decisions during the Biden-Kamala years.

Sorry, you guys sucked then, and you suck now-- the fact that Trump is turning out to be even worse is just a reflection of the state American elites at this point, it does not excuse your performance at all. And to the extent you think it does, that's projecting your own lack of self-esteem and masochistic willingness to cheer whatever the DNC does onto others who have standards and dignity.

DON'T GIVE IN to this, just because Trump has clearly lost it.

  9. Also, to make my thoughts a little more clear, I'm not saying that this *will* result in WW3 breaking out right now-- it could of course, that's what happens when you have fanatic maniacs in charge with a bad habit of starting wars they can't win-- but we've also seen from the previous missile-fight that Iran tends to de-escalate and limit itself (such as by giving advanced warnings to US bases before 'striking' them, using older missiles, not calling in their regional allies like Hezbollah or the Houthis to dial up the pressure but rather fighting alone, etc).

  10. The problem with the regime change operations is that they always imagine that creating chaos in some nation will lead to the rise of the most pro-democracy, pro-America, faction-- as if there are millions of people in Iran yearning to have their entire nation blown up, and that by assassinating the ayatollah, it will pave the way for a new Middle East, cut off the head of the Axis of Resistance, usher in an era of peace, etc etc etc.

But in reality it incentivizes the rise of the most radical faction within that nation, usually also the most hostile to America, since the most intolerant ones are usually those who seize power in that kind of environment-- their constant interventions create the very same forces that wipe them out.

The genius strategy of bombing the hell out of civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan, assassinating the leaders, blowing up all the infrastructure, creating as much chaos as possible, etc just led to losing control of Iraq while also getting kicked out of Aghanistan-- nobody is going to line up to follow a crazy murderer, they'll choose Iran or the Taliban instead.

Israel's repeated attempts to demoralize the Lebanese through endless bombings basically had the effect of strengthening Hezbollah throughout the decades, to the point where Hezbollah can regularly bomb Israel (not just the other way around).

Naval blockades and endless airstrikes did not stop the Houthis from winning the civil war in Yemen, or from shutting down trade in the Red Sea.

The exact same strategy which has already failed, applied again in 2026 but with even more intensity, will lead to the exact same results as before.
